Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire
We do home jobs across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
A small local firm for the house you live in, across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Sheffield. Roof repairs, patios, and garden walls, through to kitchen extensions and garage conversions. Small jobs are welcome, the quote is free, and a visit commits you to nothing.
We’ll reply as soon as we can.

View serviceSmall jobs are welcome
You do not need a big project to call us. These are the sort of jobs we are happy to quote for:
- A few slipped tiles or a leaking flat roof
- A new patio or path
- A garden wall rebuilt
- Knocking two rooms into one
- An overgrown garden sorted out
Not sure if it is our kind of job? Just ask.
Why work with us
A small local firm. If the job feels ordinary, it is probably one of ours.
We're on site.
Once we start, we keep the job moving. We do not disappear for a week and call it waiting for materials.
You speak to Scott.
Questions about the build or the budget come straight to the person running the job. There is no sales office in the middle.
Free, fair quotes.
We quote home jobs of any size: a roof, a patio, a kitchen, a garage. The quote costs nothing, and you see the figure in writing before you decide.
We are CHAS-registered, so our health and safety standards are checked independently.
How a job runs
Getting in touch commits you to nothing. We’ll come and have a look, then send a written quote.
A free, written quote
You get a fair, itemised quote at no cost, so you can see the price and what is included before you decide.
You can usually stay
Most families stay in the house. We plan dust, access, and how long the kitchen is out of use.
We keep it tidy
We clear up as we go and look after the rooms we are not working in.
Changes are agreed first
If something needs to change, we agree it with you before the work is done.
Our work
Local houses: a kitchen extension, a garage turned into a room, a new roof. If yours looks like these, ask.
What homeowners say
Notes from people we have built for, about the job, the programme, and the finish.
Areas we cover
We're regularly on the road across the Peak edge and the cities — if you're nearby, say hello.
If you're in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire, or within about 30 miles, we can probably help.
For more about the jobs we do near you, see our local area pages (Sheffield · Nottingham · Derby · Chesterfield · Matlock · Mansfield).
Call or message us
Tell us about the job, whether it is a roof repair, a patio, or a kitchen extension. The quote is free and written down, and a look commits you to nothing. We’ll reply as soon as we can.
