These terms apply when you use our website. They do not replace any written contract for building or related services.

About these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they were last revised.
Nothing on this website is intended to create legal relations by itself. A separate agreement (for example a formal quotation, contract, or terms of business that we agree with you in writing) governs any actual building or related services.

- Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm us, other users, or third parties.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with security, or overload the site.

Information on this website
We aim to keep descriptions, imagery, and general guidance accurate and helpful. Site content is for general information only and is not architectural, structural, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Project feasibility, costs, timings, and compliance (including planning and building regulations) depend on your specific property and instructions.
Photographs and case studies illustrate the type of work we undertake and may not reflect your project. Any figures mentioned online are indicative unless confirmed in a written quote addressed to you.
Quotes, estimates, and building contracts
Enquiries through this website, email, or telephone are invitations to discuss your project—not an offer by us to carry out work. We may provide verbal or written estimates or quotations; those documents, together with any contract we sign with you, set out scope, price, programme, and responsibilities.
Until we have agreed a contract in writing (including any statutory or scheme requirements that apply to domestic work, where relevant), neither party is committed to a building contract solely because of website content or informal communication.
If you are a consumer, statutory rights apply where relevant, including information you must receive before work starts. We will follow applicable law and good industry practice at the time of contracting.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website—including indirect or consequential loss—except where such exclusion is not allowed (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Our total liability for claims arising solely from use of the website (not from building work under a separate contract) is limited to £100 or the amount you have paid us for services linked to that claim in the twelve months before the event, whichever is greater, subject to mandatory limits under law.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate and that you keep backups of material you send through the site where it matters to you.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license the text, images, logos, layout, and other content on this website. You may view and share links to pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish, or exploit site content commercially without our written permission, except where limited copying is allowed by law.
Links and third-party services
The site may link to third-party websites or services (for example social or messaging tools). Those services are operated independently; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our business, or the site. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where the law requires a different approach.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of this website, without prejudice to mandatory protections for consumers who reside elsewhere in the UK.
